Pink Champagne Tasting – With ArtBra

aws_pink_champagne_tasting_2013Back in 2012, you might of seen unique and artistic posters, or even heard about ArtBra New Haven and the work they do to raise money and awareness “To provide emotional and financial support to the under- & uninsured breast-cancer patients in the Greater New Haven region.”

Their hard work yielded great success, and they’re marching on toward more. To supplement the wait until their 3rd event year, ArtBra New Haven is having a much anticipated “Pink Champagne Tasting“. This event will again raise awareness and money to support under and uninsured breast-cancer patients. All proceeds will benefit Smilow Cancer Hospital’s Breast Center, at Yale-New Haven.

Why Should You Attend?

Most importantly, about 39,510 women will die from breast cancer, and about 226,870 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women, according to the American Cancer Society’s most recent estimates. There are approximately 2.9 million breast cancer survivors in the USA, including women still being treated, and those who have completed treatment.

There will be an amazing Champagne Tasting, refreshments for designated drivers, great conversation, and hopefully a lot of inspiration for all.
