* You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Amity Wines that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. *

  2. Express 2 Day Air – 2 business days in transit
  3. Store Pickup – New Haven location

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Amity Wines is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.  Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the client to review their order before submission, Amity Wines is not responsible for errors on behalf of the client in regards to bottle size, vintage, etc.  Should the product be returned under these circumstances shipping is non-refundable.  Thank you for your understanding.

In the case that you receive damaged merchandise, you must inform Amity Wines of any broken or damaged bottles within two days of delivery.  Older vintages, fine and rare wine availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to fill your order but can not be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.

Please note:  We do not cover heat induced or cold induced damage.  If you are shipping during the summer/winter, we suggest second day, or please let us know you would like us to hold your order. Otherwise, we will ship accordingly and can not be held responsible for the wine or shipping charges if the heat/cold has caused damage.

Cancellation:  A restocking / cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any canceled order that has been processed.  All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Special Orders:  If we do not have the item that you are looking for we would be happy to try and special order it for you. Please note that all sales are final: no returns, exchanges or discounts applicable on special orders.


Rule 1:  If you do not have a receipt and wine is of the current vintage (still available), we will honor the lowest price the item has sold for in the last 6 months.

Rule 2:  If the item is one that we no longer carry or a past vintage (unless it has changed within the last month) we cannot accept the item for credit.

Rule 3:  If the receipt provided is more than 6 months old we cannot accept the wine for credit.

Rule 4:  If an item is returned with no receipt, an in house credit will be issued toward another purchase within the same year.

Rule 5:  All returned items are subject to a standard 3% restocking fee.
